Expect to broaden your perspective regarding ways to feel more in-tune with your body and more at ease in your mind. 

Mindfulness is being independently attentive, consciously aware of your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Its reported benefits include reduced anxiety and strengthened physiological responses to stress and negative emotions. 

This Moments of Mindfulness workshop introduces basic elements of how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life to gain increased emotional wellness. 

Come explore elements of being mindful in breath, body and beliefs. We will explore techniques of mindfulness in stillness, movement, eating and more. 

This is an interactive workshop for all levels of physical abilities. The 8 major food allergens will be excluded during the time-frame for mindful eating. 

$10 includes all materials and snacks. Water, tea and coffee available.
