I hope you can join us for this upcoming show at the studio to celebrate spring. But there is a little bit of a twist: it's also an engagement party. 

Me and David Williams have been unofficially betrothed for a while. We have been planning this event but today [this dude] actually managed to surprise me with an "official" proposal along with the kids.

I'm thrilled to announce that my girl Sonya Jevette will be traveling from Austin to perform along with the lovely sounds of  Kelly Nygren. As usual, awesome cakes by Jennifer Lafleur and other noshes. And although this is a special occasion, Art Is Life Studio is STILL a booze-free zone. There will be plenty of coffee, however, and other beverages.
